Delicious food, but the two old ladies in the staff serve as unfriendly as I've rarely seen. Food was very tasty, but this service spoils it. You get snapped at when you come in and want to see what's there before ordering, which in my opinion is impossible to treat a paying customer like that. In my opinion, the two should behave differently or lose their job. So unfortunately only 1 star. Not very recommendable.

Baked goods are average to good. Unfortunately, I was treated rather rudely. When I wanted to pay by card, it was all over. This is not offered and is not reasonable for a small bakery. I asked the waitress to pass on my request for mobile payment. To this she only replied: No, I won't. I won't go to this baker for the time being.

In such difficult times, you should be happy about every customer. Here you get the impression that these two are trying to drive the shop against the wall. You definitely won't go here a second time. To the owner ... you can safely do without such staff. A consolation ... at 2.10 € / piece of cake, your wallet is also happy. This could lure many customers from overpriced and limited constancy to Markelfingen.
